In this thriller, set mainly in Mexico,
Mitchum plays a gambler down on his luck who accepts a generous payment to visit a luxury hotel and await further instructions. The other guests include a disillusioned gold-digging singer, a vain film star, a drunken pilot and some very sinister figures. All is not what it seems....
