12.10-1.45am Arts: The Rover
A unique opportunity to see the stage production of Aphra Behn's restoration comedy, first performed in 1677. The play is a robust, dynamic and sometimes brutal look at relationships, sexual desires and sexual favours, set in 17th-century Naples. A father decides that one of his daughters must marry a rich old man, while the other must enter a nunnery. However, the sisters have other ideas.
