Schools Prom

In 1975 the first-ever Schools Prom was held, when over 400 school-children aged between 5 and 18 played before a capacity audience in the Royal Albert Hall. This year, with nearly 1,800 talented youngsters taking part, the Schools Prom celebrates its fifth birthday.
