The Sunday Film presents: A Kenneth More Season: Genevieve

on BBC One London

Starring John Gregson, Dinah Sheridan, Kay Kendall and Kenneth More

One of the most successful British comedies ever made, Genevieve firmly established Kenneth More as a favourite with British filmgoers. In it he plays the breezy young Ambrose Claverhouse - a dare-devil competitor in the annual London to Brighton veteran car run.
The film was a triumph for More and the whole cast - including a 1904 Darracq as 'Genevieve' driven by John Gregson and Dinah Sheridan and a Spyker carrying More and girlfriend Kay Kendall.
