A centenary production of Chausson's dramatic opera from La Monnaie in Brussels where it was first performed.
The legend of the noble King Arthur and the fated love of Lancelot and Guinevere fascinated Chausson throughout his life, and he plays out the conflict in music of great power and luminosity. Presented by Stephanie Hughes.
