Designer Bonita Bulaitis is drafted in to help with the plans, which include keeping the existing terraced levels but incorporating a stylish infinity edged pool, appearing to run into the estuary beyond. To explain her ideas of light and space she takes Joe to visit a disused china clay pit, but how will these concepts fit in to the seaside garden of a Victorian townhouse?
