Drama concluding today's look at the work of Rod Steiger New York City: Sol Nazerman, a Jewish pawnbroker, survived the Nazi death camps but watched his wife and family perish. His traumatic experiences have drained him of all emotional response and it seems that nothing and nobody can penetrate his self-absorption.
