Prague - the City Where Time Stood Still

on BBC Two England

The Bohemian capital is in decay, with its architectural wonders under threat. And yet, ironically, it is also a boom city besieged by developers, multinationals and tourists.
This documentary coincides with the launch of the Prague Heritage Fund and asks how
Prague can be modernised and yet retain its rich architectural history. With contributions from HRH the Prince of Wales, President Vaclav Havel and film director Milos Forman , the film visits many examples of Prague's rich heritage and asks whether the city should be protected from the worst excesses of 20th-century development. Presented by John Tusa.
