Sci-fi thriller, starring Ralph Fiennes.

On the eve of the new millennium, ex-LA vice cop Lenny Nero makes money by dealing in illegal virtual reality "clips", sensory experiences taken directly from the human brain. When Lenny comes into possession of a clip showing the murder of a black activist, he and friend Mace hunt the killers.
