Today HRH The Prince of Wales visits the Open University campus at Milton Keynes to open the new BBC Open University Production Centre and also to receive the honorary degree of Doctor of the University at a special congregation. This live outside broadcast covers the degree ceremony, including the Prince of Wales' speech of reply and the presentation of some 40 new Bachelors of Arts to the Chancellor, Lord Briggs of Lewes
