Art That Shook the World

on BBC Two England

Last in the series that takes an in-depth look at works of art which have created a lasting impact on our culture. The Psalms of David. Writer and critic Germaine Greer explores some of the most exquisitely beautiful poetry in world literature. More frequently translated than the Bible, they have shaped people's vision of God, inspired extremes of religious devotion, artistic creation and violence.
