There are a growing number of toxic substances handled daily on the factory floor and sometimes released into the environment by accident - or design. Does industry tell its employees and neighbours enough about the hazards they face? Grapevine reports on some trades union and community self-help groups taking action to publicise the risks and secure better health and safety for us all.
