Following her record-breaking debut in April's London Marathon, Paula Radcliffe tackles the 26.2 miles for a second time in what is the 25th running of the Chicago race. The men's field will include the world's fastest-ever marathon runner, Khalid Khannouchi. $100,000 - the biggest ever payout for a marathon title - awaits the winners in both categories.

The LG Cup reaches its climax at Preston's Guild Hall with the best-of-17 frames final. In last year's final Stephen Lee took a 5-3 interval lead over bitter rival Peter Ebdon which paved the way to an eventual 9-4 triumph. Hazel Irvine, Steve Davis and John Parrott introduce live coverage.
