An Appeal on behalf of The Cardiff and District Animal Rescue League by Sir Thomas Hughes
The Cardiff and District Animal Rescue League was established ten years ago.
During last year, nearly 6,000 animals and birds were rescued from torture, or delivered from a lingering death, at one or other of the three branches.
The Society, which is in effect the Domestic Animals' 'Waifs and Strays' Society, continues tirelessly to carry on its humane work. Gifts of money or clean rags for use as chloroform cloths are sorely needed and will be gratefully received at [address removed]
