Last of a six-part series of documentaries about unusual and eccentric Americans.
Frankie Veltrie started teenage life in prison, but today he is rich. He owns a large house on the smart side, but lives downtown in his own one-room jumble sale. Some of Frankie's millions come from a 'Âfleabag' hotel. But he doesn't rip off the poor - he charges fair rents, is polite, and Christmas celebrations are free. He believes in luck and thinks that success is a matter of 'being there' when the breaks turn up.
