A series of four talks
Picture by E.F. Caldin, D. Phil., Lecturer in Chemistry at Leeds University
Dr. Caldin discusses, from the point of view of a scientist, some issues suggested by the work of Karl Heim. He examines the difference between the scientific and philosophical methods of thinking and maintains that theological beliefs based on the Christian revelation are, as regards method, in another category altogether. He discusses the use of scientific world-pictures as symbols of theological beliefs.
