Oldie TV

on BBC Two England

The first of three irreverent, late-night magazine shows for those who are old enough to know better and wise enough not to care. Subjects covered will include dating in later life, why gardening is more dangerous than war, where to seek a life of luxury as a "Europensioner" and jobs that only "oldies" can do well.
Among the regular contributors are Richard Ingrams, Ned Sherrin and Marion Beaton (creator of the BBCtv series Hamish Macbeth). The second programme can be seen tomorrow night at the same time.
