Peter Dimmock introduces Sportsview from the Empire Village

Forty-eight hours before the opening of the Sixth British Empire and Commonwealth Games, Sportsview visits Cardiff with BBC outside broadcast units to preview the outstanding events and meet some of the 1,500 competitors in their new home at the Empire Village, St. Athan.
