Comedy writer John O'Farrell, author of bestseller Things Can Only Get Better, grew up supporting Labour while living in the true-blue constituency of Maidenhead. With Tony Blair safely ensconced in Number 10, O'Farrell returns to the Berkshire town as the Labour parliamentary candidate and attempts to convince some of Britain's most well-off electorate to vote for increases in state benefits and the minimum wage.
