Blindness is not always the handicap we imagine it to be.

In California, a man whose eyes have seen nothing since birth now sees through sensations on the surface of his skin.
Horizon brings together the elements of a completely new approach to blindness, much of which comes from the ideas of the blind themselves. Now, though it's still a daunting handicap, it can often be overcome.
