Baby Monthly: What Are You Hoping For?

on BBC Two England

Having a baby is one of the most life-changing experiences we ever go through but, as all parents know, that's just the start of it. Five mothers and their partners, whose babies were born at the end of 1993, have undertaken to make a video diary of the first 12 months of family life and the results will be shown every month for the rest of the year.
This introductory programme entitled What Are You Hoping For? meets the characters about to embark on the rocky road of parenthood. Next week the cameras are turned on to the babies for the first monthly report.
