' Health from within and without'
Thomas Carnwath , D.S.O.
(Deputy Chief Medical Officer,
Ministry of Health)

It is not enough to give a man or horse a proper diet — each must have proper exercise. Dr. Carnwath will describe the relationship of physical culture to nutrition and discuss other aspects of national health.
