Two matches were played in Glasgow, and before this first one the Canadians were given a chance to take in a little of Scotland's atmosphere. They took the trip 'Doon the Water', sailing from Gourock to the Kyles of Bute, which gave everybody but the Scottish team pronunciation problems with names like Colintraive, Tighnabruaich, Innellan, and so on.
