Thanks to this modest yet elegant BBC mini-break, he hires a small fishing boat to catch grouper, a spirited fighter and quite delicious - especially served with a lime sauce. 'A man can go mad stuck out here, under a merciless sun,' says our intrepid gastronaut, 'but it hasn't affected me, which is just as well with all these damned hedgehogs around.'
