Skipper Todd is the 22-year-old idol of every teenager in the small town of Darlington. The girls find him attractive - and dangerous, and are only too willing to accompany him to the nearby desert area to be his ' girl for the night'. Unfortunately not all of them return. This dramatisation of an actual case examines the cruel world of Skipper - and his need to kill. And why his actions are ' acceptable ' to the young people of the town.
