Who's Afraid of Designer Babies? What would be the implications if every child were perfect, never ill and bred to be a genius? A world where we can select the genes of our children and correct genetic mistakes is, according to some, fast-approaching reality. But for others, the idea of designer babies means playing God and will result in a master race. So can the concept of manipulating our offspring's genes be realised and should we actually go ahead and do it? Producer Nicola Cook ; Editor Matthew Barrett (AD)
