Return to Oz: Moving Out

on BBC Two England

starring
Gee, it's tough being Gino. Forced to lead a dual life, the Melbourne youth tries to be 'one of the lads' at school, and act the dutiful Italian son at home - resenting his parents' unwillingness to assimilate. To cap it all, school is a drag and his family are moving on. Gino would rather be moving out....
This vivid, often amusing portrait of adolescence also makes sharp observations about the Australian way of life - from inside and outside.
