Big Tim's high-diving star performer has left the circus in a fit of temper. Corky and Joey persuade Cal Jones, the star's young assistant, to take over the act, but he loses his nerve and his first attempt is a dismal failure. It's not till Corky's life is in danger that Cal gets the chance to prove that he's a real hero.
