Poet and black activist Linton Kwesi Johnson, author of Voices of the Living and the Dead, reflects on 25 years of political activism in the black community. While highlighting some of the problems of racial discrimination that the black community faces, he argues that, as we move into the 21st century, black people need to mobilise and campaign to fight social injustice.
