Murder International: Hitchcock's Psycho

on BBC Two England

An 80th Birthday Tribute starring Anthony Perkins Janet Leigh

A magnificent spine-chiller, justly considered one of Hitchcock's greatest movies. Absconding with 40,000 dollars of her employer's money, Marion Crane sets off to join her lover Sam Loomis. After a tiring journey through the rain, she stops at a lonely motel run by Norman Bates, an intense young man living in the remote house with his domineering mother.
