There are romantic and comic complications for a family of four singing sisters when two of them fall for the same bandleader.
At the time this film was made Dorothy Lamour, the 'sarong girl,' was one of Paramount's biggest box office draws. However, in And the Angels Sing she quits the South Seas and is cast as an American night-club singer.
