Grapevine

on BBC Two England

Coping with Cancer
What would you do if the doctor advised you that you had only months to live? A young woman decided to ring her local radio station and ask other listeners to help. It happened at BBC Radio Nottingham - and the self-help show tells what this led to. Perhaps the same could happen in your town? Some BBC Local Radio stations will continue the debate from tomorrow - you are invited to ring your local station and take part on-air.
Presenter Jeni Barnett also shows how, in Northern Ireland, mums who felt isolated got together to run a mother and toddler group for the whole Portrush community.
