Business has not been good for the Circus, and Big Tim's worries are not helped by Elmer's re-appearance on the scene, with his knack of causing trouble however good his intentions may be. True to form, Elmer is indirectly responsible for the whole circus being burned to the ground. This means the end of everything for Corky and the others, but Elmer has a habit of producing ideas in the face of disaster. Perhaps he has one which will work this time!
