3: Wooden Heart. Steve Chalke meets Eoin Cox , a Scot who has an ambition to revive the hardwood industry of his country. In Ancrum, in the Scottish Borders he's founded Woodschool, a furniture making business that uses native oak, elm, ash and birch, otherwise destined to be firewood. This stems the haemorrhage of young talented Scottish furniture builders who are currently leaving the industry or even the country, producer Sandra sykes.
