Orang-Utan: Jungle Man
John MacKinnon chooses an extremely difficult subject for his Oxford PhD thesis - orang-utans. These rare, shy, nomadic, red apes live at the tops of tall trees in the dense rain forests of Borneo and Sumatra. To find out about their natural way of life, John has to spend three years in the jungle, for much of the time alone with the great apes. Narrator DEREK JONES
