A year ago Leonard Cottrell brought back recordings made at Saqqara, near Cairo, where the Egyptian archaeologist Mohammed Zakaria Goneim had discovered an unfinished pyramid of 2800 B.C. buried under the sand.
Cottrell has recently returned from a further visit to Saqqara, bringing back on-the-spot recordings describing the latest developments in this fascinating archaeological venture
