The Spaniards came to South America and overnight the golden Inca Empire of the Andes collapsed. Today the survivors of that Empire live on in the pure mountain air and in untold misery. To film their story Trevor Philpott and Slim Hewitt penetrated the furthest valleys of the high Andes on a tour for Tonight.
