The traditional eve of Christmas service from King's College, Cambridge, is based on the college's own Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols - a service that, for many people around the world, marks the start of the Christian festival, and will be broadcast live on Radio 4. Carols performed by the choir conducted by Stephen Cleobury include O Little Town of Bethlehem, Away in a Manger and In the Bleak Midwinter.
