with Max and Elisabeth Robertson.
On the fifth stage of their Caribbean journey, Max and Elisabeth visit an arrowroot plantation to watch starch being made, and a banana estate where the island's 'green gold' is gathered.
At the Botanical Gardens in Kingstown they see one of the breadfruit trees brought from the South Sea Islands in 1793 by Captain Bligh of the Bounty.
From St. Vincent they sail off in the coastal cruiser Madinina, towards the tiny island of Bequira in the Grenadines.
