Due South: Free Willie

on BBC One London

A comedy and adventure series about a Canadian Mountie in Chicago, starring Paul Gross, David Marciano

Constable Benton Fraser trusts Willie. If the 12-year-old purse snatcher says he is not involved in the million-dollar bearer bond robbery, he'll take his word for it - even if the gun the boy was carrying has been traced back to the scene of the crime. Fraser trusts Willie not to run off too, which is just as well since Ray Vecchio's badge is riding on it.
