A Choir for a Day
Sarah Walker and Christopher Warren-Green join a scratch choir of youngsters aged between seven and 20 learning to sing in very different styles in the last offourworkshops for young musicians. Underthe leadership of choral conductors Ronald Corp and Scott Stroman , who introduce their pupils to the basics of breath control and harmonising by ear, the choir progresses from warm-up exercises to performing Handel's Zadok the Priest and the gospel classic Over My Head in just two concentrated rehearsals.
