(by permission of the Arts Theatre Group of Actors)
Scene : A small spa in Norway at the end of the last century
This is the second play in ' Life and the Theatre ', the joint series of Sunday evening plays and Friday evening talks.

Roger Livesey will play the title part in tonight's presentation of Ibsen's An Enemy of the People. He played the same part in the Old Vic production in 1939. Keen filmgoers perhaps know him best as General Wynne-Candy in the film The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp.
