on BBC Two England

I Showbiz comedy I written, directed by and starring Woody Allen
With Mia Farrow
Danny Rose is a theatrical agent, strictly small-time, whose clients are even smaller time. The exception is an Italian crooner called Lou Canova. However, his girlfriend Tina is mixed up with the Mob - and that's when the trouble really starts.
The film features guest appearances from real-life comedians as themselves:
Sandy Baron , Corbett Monica , Jackie Gayle , Morty Gunty , Milton Berle. Others playing themselves include news reader Howard Cosell and Woody Allen 's own co-manager Jack Rollins.
