Harold Stannard
In answer to many listeners' requests for simple talks about foreign affairs, a short series is to be given, of which this afternoon's is the first. Harold Stannard , an outstanding authority on foreign affairs, is going to explain the position of Poland, a country created by the peace treaties and post-war history. Poland's foreign affairs have always been an urgent question, and she now finds herself confronted with fresh problems arising out of the new balance of power in Europe.
