Cattleman Jim Kane is down on his luck, so the offer of a 'get rich quick' job in Mexico sounds almost too good to be true. He rounds up a tough side-kick for company but soon finds himself in trouble as well as in jail. Newman is joined by Lee Marvin in this off-beat and often comic Western.
