Charlie and the Duchess

on BBC One London

When Charlie Dimmock first meets the 12th Duchess of Northumberland - Jane to her friends - it seems the two have little in common. But when Jane reveals plans to build Europe's biggest water garden since Versailles, the two begin to get on rather well. Charlie follows the L14 million project as the contractors race to complete phase one of the garden in order to secure an essential Euro grant.
