Introduced by Peter Scott with John Warham.
Many birds live the greater part of their lives at sea and only go ashore in the breeding season to lay their eggs. George Edwards, on a British Antarctic Survey voyage, and John Warham, on an Australian scientific expedition to Macquarie Island, had an excellent opportunity to shoot many beautiful pictures of albatrosses, skuas, petrels, and penguins.
