Christmas In the Sun
Twenty-five young people from Somerset set out on an expedition to Ghana in West Africa.
In today's film they tell how they celebrated Christmas 1976 with their Ghanaian hosts' families and enjoyed traditional Ghanaian food. As well as visiting castles, joining in with the fishermen and buying souvenirs in the markets, they went on a 50-mile trek through tropical rain forests and helped a remote village to build a new school.
