In the Central Station in Antwerp a film star is due to arrive. A little man is swept forward in the rush and is kissed. From this moment on, he lives in another world-of dreams.
This programme, made by the Belgian Television Service (B.R.T.) and starring Jef Cassiers as the Little Man, proved one of the funniest in the whole Festival.
