The Manchester Citizens' Clubs Association aims at providing a place where, on payment of the small charge of twopence, the young citizens of Manchester can find recreation in decent surroundings. The Club has been carried on successfully in a small way in rented rooms, but very suitable permanent premises have now been found with rooms large enough for games, billiards, dancing, cards, and a cafe.
